Our Policy
We're a small business that puts a lot of care into every pair we send out, and we hope you love your order! Because of this, all sales are final at the time of checkout. We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
We always aim for beautiful quality, but sometimes things can happen in transit. If you received the incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch with us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns once a product has been removed from its original packaging or tried on.
